Traction Control System, Anti-Slip Regulation,Acceleration Slip Regulation(ASR)

When you are driving on slippery roads or surfaces with differing level of grip, this traction control system helps you for smooth starting and acceleration at all speed range without wheel-spin and wheel slipping.

The traction control system work along with ABS by using the wheel speed sensors of ABS. If there is a sudden increase in speed of any wheel, control unit detects this and then the traction control intervenes in the engine management system to counter this effect by reducing the engine power. By this it prevents from slipping of wheel.

Traction control assures good traction and directional stability in the acceleration phase across the entire speed range and thus promotes active safety. In addition, it reduces tyre wear.

This feature is available on high end cars.
